Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $39 to eligible destinations. Estimated delivery times:

• USA: 5–10 business days

• Europe: 10–15 business days

• Other international destinations: 10–20 business days
  Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the USA, Europe, and select international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at hi@amvya.com for assistance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Amvya is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay duties/taxes, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@amvya.com with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
