30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Amvya purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or engraved products

• Gift cards

• Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at hi@amvya.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
